• Figure out what expectations you have for intimacy in your marriage. 
• Understand each other’s past experiences with intimacy and how they’ve shaped your current relationship.
• Paint a picture of what you want intimacy to look like in your marriage.
• Decide what will make up the foundation of your intimacy and create a plan to strengthen that foundation for the long run.
