Get Ready for An Amazing Time & An Amazing Pie!

In just one hour, Erik Zilen, owner of Niedlov’s Breadworks in Chattanooga, TN, will walk you and your honey through the steps to make a delicious apple pie!

Here’s what you need…

INGREDIENTS:

• Pre-Made Pie Crust (Rolled out, in. pan, and in the freezer before we get started)

FOR FILLING:

• 2 large Granny Smith apples

• 2 large Honey Crisp apples

• 3/4 cups sour cream

• 8 tbsp cup sugar

• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

• 1/8 tsp salt

• 3/4 tsp cinnamon

• 1/8 tsp nutmeg

• 1⁄2 lemon zest

• 1 egg

• 1 tsp vanilla

FOR CRUMBLE:

• 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

• 3/4 cups chopped walnuts

• 1/3 cup light brown sugar

• 1/3 cup granulated sugar

• 1 tsp ground cinnamon

• 1/8 tsp salt

• 1⁄2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter cold,

cut in 1⁄4 cubes

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

• Large bowl

• Whisk

• Spatula

• Peeler/Apple corer

• Zester

• Paring knife

• Food processor or pastry cutter

• Cutting board

• Spatula
